On July 4th, 2020 the Government eased restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This allowed skippered charter boats and sightseeing boats to begin trading again with measures in place to limit the transmission of the virus.

Rampion Offshore Windfarm Sightseeing

On July 18th, 2020 we started to run boat trips again, with a sightseeing trip to the Rampion offshore windfarm. The trip was restricted to just a few people to make sure that the measures to keep people safe actually worked.

Keeping Boat Trips Safe

We have taken time to publish amendments to our operating procedures in order to minimise transmission of the virus.

The main measures include:

  • Social Distancing in line with government guildelines
  • Hand sanitisers
  • Additional PPE in case of emergencies
  • Contact tracking for groups on-board

So we are currently operating with fewer people on the boat trips. This is good for passengers who will have more space on deck. The downside is that for the moment the cabin and toilet facilities cannot be used.

Boat Trips currently available

Windfarm trips are now available which will be run on saturday and sunday mornings. Additional trips in the evenings and other times upon request.

Brighton Seafront and Beachy Head trips will be available upon request.

We will also be running our ash scattering service.

Currently we will not run diving trips. We do not offer any fishing trips which is no change.
